Ideal for anyone who wants to slow down the aging process, the MELT method is a simple self-treatment technique that can be performed in as little as 10 minutes a day. It reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Just 10 minutes of MELT three times a week is all you need to release the effects of accumulated daily stress.

Who Is MELT For?

Personal Training

Reduce stress and lose weight when you sign up for personal training sessions. I work with each client to design his or her personal training program. To nurture your body in a holistic way, your training sessions will be constantly evolving with new challenging routines and exercises. Aside from fitness and strengthening benefits, personal training helps your body rehabilitate after injury or illness.


Training Rates

Corporate classes, outdoor workouts, and cardiovascular walk sessions are available upon request. The pricing details of the MELT method and personal training sessions are as follows:

Get Your Feet Wet:

First 3 Sessions — $195

Personal Training:

Single Session — $95
10 Sessions — $900 ($90 per Session)
Duration — 55 Minutes per Session

MELT Method:

Single Session — $100
10 Sessions — $900 ($90 per Session)
Duration — 55 Minutes per Session
