Aiming to transform the body and mind, Yoga is a more than a thousand-year-old physical, mental, and spiritual practice. I encourage you to breathe, feel, and be present in your body in a peaceful setting.

What Is Pilates?

Resulting in a leaner, longer, and stronger body, Pilates consists of more than 500 exercises performed on different types of equipment. Developed by Joseph Pilates, this exercise method incorporates the following:

Pilates Springboards

To make your aerobic workout more challenging and fun, we use Pilates springboards during our sessions. These are wall-mounted gear with sets of adjustable springs. Our springboards are developed by Ellie Herman and Phil Cusick, and are manufactured by Balanced Body™.

A2 Reformer

Change the way you practice Pilates through our Allegro 2 Reformer™. Designed for your comfort, the A2 reformer comes with a new EasySet™ foot bar and SoftTouch™ rope system. This system will take your Pilates sessions to a whole new level.

Pricing Details

Take advantage of the great rates for our yoga and Pilates sessions! Train with a partner or a two to be more motivated, and get the benefit of splitting the costs! The pricing details of our sessions are as follows:

Get Your Feet Wet:

First 3 Sessions — $195

Private Pilates:

Single Session — $95

Pilates Duet/Trios:

Private Yoga:

Single Session — $95

Session Details

All sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For duets and trios, If one person cancels, an additional $40 is due at the session. During your Pilates classes, I provide a rocking playlist as well as the following equipment:
