Prenatal Yoga ~ Wednesdays on hiatus
This is an ongoing prenatal yoga class that will focus on providing a warm, accepting space where you can soothe and empower yourself and begin developing a loving relationship with your baby. Some of the tools will be asanas, meditation, visualization, breathing and relaxation techniques to open the heart and add more vitality to your body. As the connection to your inner being grows so will clarity and inner wisdom, health and happiness. This prenatal Yoga program is open to yoga students of all levels of practice.
Claudia is a dedicated yoga teacher, designer, new-media instructor, wife and mother. Raised and educated in Germany she moved from Berlin to San Francisco in 2001.
Although yoga provides the framework for her spiritual and physical practice, it is her life as a mother that has given her true opportunity for spiritual growth. Claudia is known for inspiring women to rely on inner strength, courage and intuition to have a peaceful and empowering birth experience and transition into motherhood. She has taught Yoga in hospitals, businesses and in private sessions at her home studio, and she has led workshops for pregnant women preparing women on how to lead a holistic healthy and happy life during pregnancy.
