Kripalu Gentle Flow 101 ~ Fridays 12:00 to 1:00 PM

Kripalu Gentle Flow 101: Experience the deep nourishing and revitalizing quality of Kripalu yoga as we begin to re-connect with the body and breath in a way that will uplift and recharge your batteries. This class is suitable for all levels. We will focus on a number of beginner-intermediate poses that will help you develop a new kinship and way of 'feeling' your body that will leave you feeling re-energized and re-connected to yourself after class. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend!

ABOUT CHRIS

Chris has been studying yoga since 2001 -- where he met a Kripalu Yoga teacher during his senior year in college. This formative experience transformed his whole relationship to his body as well as experiencing a deep serenity that he had not experienced before then. He went on to Volunteer at the Kripalu Yoga center immediately after graduating from College, and about 7 years later, received his teacher training from Kripalu. He has been passionate about the study of yoga from when he first discovered it, and wants to share this amazing practice with others so that they can start to sense the deep serenity which they are able to tap into themselves. He is a believer in helping people become 'fishers of yoga:' finding the source of life and vitality within themselves which can nourish, sustain, energize and spiritually uplift long after the initial guidance of the yoga teacher has passed.
