Prenatal Pilates: This class offers a supportive environment for empowering women during pregnancy. Exercises incorporate pelvic floor recruitment, conscious breathing and safe resistance using a springboard and various props. All levels welcome.


ABOUT DANIEL

Daniel found Pilates in 2008, mostly by curiosity. Signing up for this exercise class with a funny name, he was quickly drawn to its movements which emphasized focused mental communication with different parts of the body in order to move with more efficiency and relaxation. Realizing its importance in elevating his own practices of Muay Thai (traditional Thailand martial art) and running races, Daniel continued Pilates and further decided to become an instructor. Teaching since summer 2009 and approaching certification under EHS Pilates, he aims to work with you as you gain insight into your body and develop balanced strength.
