Prenatal Yoga ~ Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Our Pre-Natal classes are open to yoga students of all levels of practice. The classes offer a carefully selected series of Asanas (postures) and breathing techniques to restore balance and vitality while deepening your awareness of pregnancy.
Concentration and relaxation techniques assist in preparing for and providing relief during labor and birth. Pre-Natal Yoga helps relieve the physical and emotional discomforts associated with pregnancy including back pain, heartburn, constipation, swelling, sleeplessness, depression and anxiety.


ABOUT DIANA
Diana Meltsner has been teaching Integral Yoga style Hatha classes in the Bay Area since 2001. She has focused on the full spectrum of students and environments from children at schools to seniors in medical clinics. She also teaches prenatal and postnatal classes. Her classes promote health, encourage mindfulness and lead towards experiencing inner peace and self discovery. She has been staffing the Integral Yoga teacher trainings since 2003 and has been teaching at Kaiser Permanente since 2006.
