Baby and Me Yoga ~ Mondays 1:00 to 2:30 - All Levels

Come stretch, strengthen and reclaim your body from pregnancy. Enjoy bonding with your baby while you take on the world together in Warrior One pose. Tone your abs, open your shoulders and explore stretches and yoga poses you can fit in to your daily routine as a new parent. We'll even get the babies to do yoga! You will get a workout and hopefully relax a bit.
Open to all pre-crawling babies, and the moms, dads, caregivers that accompany them. After all, "I think that Babies are great spiritual teachers who wear the cutest yoga outfits compared to other yoga students."
SERIES: 5 Mondays from January 11th to February 22nd (no class 1/18 and 2/15)

Pre-Natal Yoga ~ Saturdays 9:00 to 10:20 - All Levels

The class offers a carefully selected series of Asanas (Postures) and breathing techniques to restore balance and vitality while deepening your awareness of pregnancy. Concentration and relaxation techniques assist in preparing for and providing relief during labor and birth. Look for relief from the physical and emotional discomforts associated with pregnancy including back pain, heartburn, constipation, swelling, sleeplessness, depression and anxiety.

ABOUT ELISE

Elise began her journey with yoga after injuring her back at a non-profit company with no workers compensation. Already on a spiritual path, Elise found yoga fed her soul and eased her physical pain. A student of many healing modalities, meditation, and visualization for the past fifteen years, Elise teaches an integrative Hatha yoga style utilizing precise alignment and inner focus.

As a mother, she finds the journey of bringing a child into the world one of great spiritual transformation and enjoys supporting mothers in developing strength, flexibility, and connection. Elise is also a writer and her first book, Chakra Tonics, Essential Elixirs for Mind, Body and Spirit was published by Conari Press last year.
