Our
Pre-Natal classes are open to yoga students of all
levels of practice. The classes offer a carefully
selected series of Asanas (postures) and breathing
techniques to restore balance and vitality while
deepening your awareness of pregnancy.
Concentration
and relaxation techniques assist in preparing for and
providing relief during labor and birth. Pre-Natal Yoga
helps relieve the physical and emotional discomforts
associated with pregnancy including back pain,
heartburn, constipation, swelling, sleeplessness,
depression and anxiety.
Postnatal Yoga ~ Fridays 10:30 - 11:40 AM - SERIES
Postnatal yoga is an opportunity to nourish your spirit and and thrive as a new mom. The practice allows you to reconnect to your body, while increasing vitality, strength, and consciousness. We will focus on calming the nervous system, relaxing achy muscles, and toning the pelvic floor. Bring your babies to class and come connect with other new mothers in the community. Om Shanti. ABOUT GABRIELLE
A dancer all her life, Gabrielle believes in movement as a means for calming the mind and enlivening the spirit. Through her daily practice of yoga Gabrielle has been able to cultivate a peace within herself that she had never dreamt was even imaginable. Her classes are an offering of her passion for peace and an invitation to step out of the world and inside yourself.
