Zumba ~ Tuesdays 7:15 - 8:15 PM
ZUMBA combines high-energy and dynamic Latin rhythms with unique moves and combinations that allow ZUMBA participants to dance their worries and stress away. This is a great class that is fun and easy to do while allowing you to stick to the ZUMBA fitness program allowing you to achieve the long-term benefits of this fitness program. ZUMBA utilizes the principles of a fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and complete body toning. ZUMBA is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps. ZUMBA is a care free, energizing workout that is great for both body mind and, of course, the spirit! Suitable for all levels.
Wear supportive athletic shoes and bring a towel!
ABOUT GLORIA I'm Gloria Perry and I love teaching ZUMBA classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean - you don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy! I have been dancing and teaching ZUMBA since 2008, but I have professional dance experience in Afro-Cuban, Hula, Tahitian, and Mexican Folklore. I can truly say that dance is my passion.
