Spend each Sunday morning caring for your body. This all levels class will move organically from seated through standing, balancing and inverting. Stretch your body, soften your heart, quiet your mind and recover the Peace which is the attainment of Yoga.

Ian delights in sharing purification pratices of Hatha Yoga: chanting, moving,
breathing, relaxing. We become more comfortable in our skin.
His training in Integral Yoga has been steady since 2001.
His aim is on you feeling open and bright all day,
then sleeping well all night.
