Hatha Flow ~ Saturdays 10:30 to 12:00 PM - All Levels
This gentle yet challenging integrative hatha class brings together a detailed focus on alignment and breath with elements of flow. We begin by simply being with the breath, then move from standing poses to seated, inversions, twists and backbends, deepening and refining the awareness of body and mind together, then finish with delicious deep relaxation. You will leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated and refreshed!

ABOUT JENNIFER

Jennifer has been practicing yoga since 1995, and in it has found both physical and spiritual healing and sustenance. Her teaching is influenced by a lifelong study of dance and movement, as well as over 8 years of experience as a certified massage therapist. She received her Yoga teacher training at The Mindful Body in San Francisco, and brings to her classes elements from the many styles she has studied, including Iyengar, ashtanga vinyasa, hatha flow, yin, and restorative yoga.
In addition to teaching yoga and maintaining a private practice in bodywork, Jennifer is an active theater and dance performer, and teaches dance and creative writing in venues ranging from universities to jails.
