KIKILATES
~ Tuesday and Thursdays 8:30 - 9:45 AM -
All levels
Kikilates is a Pilate's
Method based class with Hatha Flow &
Core Strength
training (free weights on-the-ball) and
can be rehabilitative for those with injuries. Let me know what's up
and we will work together to make you stronger.
In Kikilates we use many props, a Pilates ring, a
physio ball, Feldenkrais rollers and a Yoga core ball. Music is used
to inspire us and move our bodies. All classes focus on left
brain-right brain activities and rhythm and movement: improvisational
dancing and choreography. The main intention of a Kikilates class is
to have fun while exercising. Post-natal women welcome!
Individual Personal Training
is also available - read more.
