Our Pre-Natal Program is open to students of all levels of practice. Our dedicated Pre-Natal classes offer a carefully selected series of postures and breathing techniques to restore balance and vitality while deepening your awareness of pregnancy. Concentration and relaxation techniques assist in preparing for and providing relief during labor and birth. Pre-Natal Yoga helps relieve the physical and emotional discomforts associated with pregnancy including back pain, heartburn, constipation, swelling, sleeplessness, depression and anxiety. All instructors have training and experience to welcome pregnant women in these classes.
