TRANSFORMATIONAL MOVEMENT LESSONS ~
Fridays ~ 7:30 - 8:20 AM
Transformational Movement Lessons in the Anat Baniel Method (evolved from Feldenkrais).
This practice will invite
participants to overcome habitual
constraints that interfere with physical ease. Lessons
aim to broaden mobility through experimentation with
series of interconnected gentle movements which
stimulate and reorganize the nervous system. Everyone
can benefit, including athletes and musicians, those
recovering from injury, and anyone who wants to improve
their overall well-being.
