Chandra Vinyasa - Thursdays 6:30 - 7:45 PM
Chandra Vinyasa emphasizes the rejuvenation which comes from moving with breath in a free and spacious way. Chandra means moon, and just as the moon receives light and is illuminated by the sun, this lunar practice connects us to our inner light, nourishing body, mind and spirit. Through this introspective physical practice we will cultivate subtle experiences of our energy and bliss bodies. All levels welcome.

Openness and Stability - none at this time
A Vinyasa Practice Around the Balancing Poses
In Sanskrit, Openness is Sukha and Stability is Sthira. Sukha and Sthira are the two main ingredients given for a posture in the Yoga Sutras. We sometimes grip and hold our breath when attempting to balance, instead of moving with openness and stability. This is true not just in yoga, but in other uncertain situations in our life. By exploring how we meet uncertainty on the mat we gather tools and confidence to create openness around the challenges that come to us in our daily lives. We will practice ways of finding stability through our hands, feet, and core that support easeful breathing and openness in our bodies and mind.
All Levels Welcome ~ $25
