Chakra meditation is a practice of quieting the mind and eventually stopping thoughts by focusing on the energy centers of our body called chakras. Learning to quiet the mind leads practitioners to feel re-energized and opens their mind to greater options and possibilities in life. Earnest practice of meditation brings inner peace, clarity and personal happiness.

ABOUT TARA
Tara is a Buddhist initiate in the Indo-Tibetan Vajrayana lineage, who has been practicing Buddhism and meditation since 1999.
Her continuous study of meditation with her spiritual teacher Samvara, an ordained Buddhist monk, has brought many positive changes to her life and she hopes to share these benefits with others.
As a teacher she has found that regardless of people's beliefs, everyone can benefit from the power and peace found in meditation.
